From An Empty Piece Of Land To A Space For Learning
Every construction project has a beginning and sometimes, the beginning looks like nothing more than an empty piece of land.
At Amukpe, Delta State, Cidest Global Services Ltd had the opportunity to bring another vision to life, with the construction of a block of three classrooms, executed for Diamond Leeds Limited in 2022.
It all started with careful pegging and setting out.
Every measurement mattered. Every line had a purpose. Because before you can build something that will stand for years, you have to get the foundation right.
Then came the excavation.
The foundation was dug.
Blocks were laid.
Columns began to rise.
Walls gradually took shape.
Day by day, what was once just markings on the ground was becoming a real structure.
And then came the moment every construction team looks forward to.. completion.
A brand-new block of three classrooms, transformed from an empty site into a functional space designed to support learning and create a better environment for students.
From the first peg to the final finish, every stage tells a story of planning, teamwork and craftsmanship.
This is more than just another completed project for us at Cidest Global Services Ltd.
It is another reminder of what is possible when a vision is placed in the hands of people committed to bringing it to life.
What do you think of the transformation from the first photo to the last?
