Some construction projects may not look glamorous, but their impact on everyday life can be huge.

This was one of those projects.

From the initial excavation and preparation of the canal, to the installation of the gabion structures and the completed channel, every stage was about creating a more stable and functional drainage path for the area.

Working in a waterlogged environment like this comes with its own challenges, but seeing the work gradually take shape makes it all worthwhile.
